Justin uses his product and underwriting knowledge to assist some of the country’s largest advisors with their most complex cases. Prior to the founding of Jurs Montgomery, LLC, Justin worked as a Brokerage Manager with First American Insurance Underwriters and BISYS Insurance Services, where he was involved in long-term care, annuity and life insurance product sales. In addition, he was responsible for integrating industry software programs with the company’s business activity. He has written several articles which have been featured in such national publications as Insurance & Financial Advisor, Providence Business News, Insurance Marketing, PIA, California Broker, and Life Insurance Selling. Justin resides in Pittsford, NY with his wife Kursten and his children Hudson, Nolan and Emerson.
Meet the Team
Robert is an expert. With over 30 years of successful senior leadership experience with mid to large consumer packaged good companies, he brings unique knowledge and acute proficiency to Jurs Montgomery. Most recently, Robert was Executive Vice President with Birds Eye Foods Inc., which was recently acquired by Pinnacle Foods, a subsidiary of Blackstone. Bob is active in many industry and non-profit organizations such as National Frozen and Refrigerated Foods (NFRA) as Executive Committee/Board of Director Member and with Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) as a Board Member. He has been recognized for his outstanding accomplishments by the Rochester, NY chapter of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Bob resides in Fairport, NY with his wife Donna.
Chris has been in the financial services industry for 13 years and insurance brokerage for the last 10. As Partner EVP of Business Development with Jurs Montgomery, Chris holds several responsibilities including assisting insurance professionals in all aspects of the sales process, including financial and medical underwriting, advanced sales topics and product selection, as well as managing a growing sales team. Before joining Jurs Montgomery, Chris worked as a Senior Sales Manager with Crump Life Insurance Services where he earned their President’s Club recognition three years in a row for superior performance. He was promoted to their Super Affluent Market specifically designed to assist with complex advanced sales concepts. Chris has also held positions with John Hancock Financial Services and American Express Financial Advisors. He completed his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Vermont School of Business Administration, and completed his MBA and Masters of Finance degrees from Northeastern University in 2008. Chris resides in Marblehead, MA with his wife Jess and daughter Sidney.
Chris has been working in the financial services industry for over 15 years. His insurance brokerage career began at Merrill Lynch back in 2003. Working on both the life insurance project management and sales teams, Chris helped financial advisors transition from selling proprietary life contracts to the brokerage world. After relocating down to Jacksonville, FL with Merrill Lynch, he moved back to New England to take the position as the insurance coordinator for the northeast region. Chris worked in coordination with a wealth management specialist to serve as the main point of contacts for financial advisors in this region. He held this position until it was relocated. In 2006 Chris joined Crump Insurance services. as a case design specialist. Less than a year later he was promoted to sales manager where he worked in this role for six years. Before joining Jurs Montgomery, Chris worked with First American Insurance Underwriters as a sales manager. Chris earned his liberal arts bachelor’s degree from Westfield State College in 1997.
Rose-Anne is currently in her 20th year in Life Insurance Brokerage. She began her career with Feingold & Scott on the operations side as a Case Manager/Licensing Specialist for both Life Insurance and Long Term Care. When the company was acquired by BISYS/Crump at the end of 2002, Rose-Anne capitalized on her experience and flourished in her new role as Sales Manager by partnering with her many long-term clients. Rose-Anne was named Top Sales Manager in her Division in 2007, and qualified for the prestigious President’s Club in both 2007 and 2008. Rose-Anne is both a licensed agent and ALMI. She resides on Long Island’s South Shore.
A veteran of Wall Street for over 30 years, Andy comes to JMB with an extensive financial services background. He began his career at FICS as a trading specialist performing functions ranging from client inquiries to manually counting stock certificates. He continued developing his aptitude in the financial industry at Integrated Resources Equity Corporation, which ultimately merged into Royal Alliance Association where he managed the mutual fund trading desk. Royal Alliance then merged with AIG where Andy continued to manage the trading desk, ultimately reaching Vice President in charge of the compensation department for three independent broker dealers in New York, Phoenix and Atlanta. Andy takes pride in his problem solving and relationship skills, which he has fine-tuned over many years. He believes in always putting the client first, and is well known and respected by his colleagues at various fund companies, clearing firms and advisor groups.
Richard has been in brokerage since 1987. He got his start at Rampart Agency where he quickly became the product expert. As his career moved along with extended tenures at Mass Mutual as Brokerage Director of Selective Benefits Group and then as Sales Support Supervisor at Crump, he honed those skills and helped many successful brokers with his case design skills and broad range of knowledge in underwriting and advanced sales accumulated over those many years. Richard is a licensed agent and is certified to sell individual and group medical insurance on the New York exchange. Richard is an avid Mets and Jets fan. He resides in Bellmore, NY with his wife Hillary.

Stephanie joined Jurs Montgomery in May of 2011 after graduating from St. John Fisher College with a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, concentrating in health care and sales management. Stephanie uses her background to help assist our clients in all aspects of the brokerage process. She is responsible for assisting both new business and the sales team deliver superior and prompt service. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys volunteering, running and spending time with her friends and family. She resides in Washington, D.C.
R. Troy Sant
Troy joined Jurs Montgomery Brokerage in February of 2017 as an annuity wholesaler. He earned his Bachelors of Science in corporate finance from St. John Fisher College. He started his career at Fidelity Investments and then continued in the financial services field with Producers Choice Network for the next three years as an annuity wholesaler. In his spare time Troy enjoys spending time with family and friends along with playing basketball and golf.

Lauren is a licensed agent with a degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. In her free time Lauren loves to spend time outdoors and travel. She resides in Rochester, NY with her husband Matt.
